Notes:

• The Twins will likely need to continue to pitch well and play great defense in order to compete in 2002. I think they can do so, but the question is whether they will.
• There's a battle royale for right field, but it doesn't look as if any of the candidates are currently head and shoulders better than the rest.
• Casey Blake's good enough to help a few teams.
• It's tough to know what the future holds for Matt LeCroy in terms of what position he'll play.
