Notes:

Although Segui posts a better projection, replacing Richard with him for a team in need of rebuilding is questionable.
The Orioles lack hitting prospects.
Steve Sisco and Mike Kinkade could help MLB teams.
Fernando Lunar's projection is one of the worst I've come across.
